| Using a scan tool, establish communications with the Instrument Panel

- Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.

| Using
a scan tool, select IPC special functions and perform the gauge sweep test
on each of the following gauges:

- Idle the engine and monitor the analog gauges on the instrument
cluster.
- Test drive the vehicle as needed.

gauges display the correct information:
Refer to the applicable abnormal results table for intermittent gage
malfunctions.

| Using
the buttons on the DIC, press and release GAGE button to scroll through the
different gauge displays.
| The following DIC gauges display the correct information:
• | Trans Fluid Temperature (Auto Trans) |
• | Front Tire Pressure (Must Drive Vehicle) |
• | Rear Tire Pressure (Must Drive Vehicle) |
