- Turn the headlamp dimmer switch to the HIGH beam position.
- Return the headlamp dimmer switch to the LOW beam position.

- Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
- Turn the headlamp switch to the OFF position.
- Apply the parking brake.
- Start the engine.
- Transmission in park or neutral, release the parking brake.
- Automatic Headlamp Control option enabled (except Canada).
- Daylight conditions.

• | With the engine running and the parking brake on, the front turn
signal lamps are off. |
• | With the engine running, the parking brake released and daylight
conditions the front turn signal lamps are on. |

| Cover the DRL/Automatic Headlamp Control, ambient light sensor.
|
• | After an approximate 30 second delay. |
• | The turn signal lamps turn off. |
• | The headlamps, parking lamps, and other lamps that come on with
headlamps are on. |
