DEFINITION: High beam headlamps are inoperative, low beams are functional.

Go to Headlight System Check

1. Disconnect connector C209.
2. Connect a fused jumper wire in the harness side connector C209, between terminals W and K.

Do the high beam headlamps illuminate?

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 3

1. Remove one of the high beam headlamp fuses.

•	HDHIBML MiniFuse® #12

•	HDHIBMR MiniFuse® #9

2. Connect a DMM from the fuse terminal B in the underhood electrical center, to the harness side connector C209 terminal K.
3. Measure the resistance of circuit 11.

Is the resistance within specified values.

0-2 ohms

Go to Step 5

Go to Headlamps Inoperative - One Lamp

Replace the headlamp switch. Refer to Multifunction Turn Signal Lever Replacement - On Vehicle .

Is the repair complete?

Go to Headlight System Check

Repair the open in circuit 11.
