Does the RH front turn signal lamp turn on when the RH DRL relay is on?

  2. Monitor the parking brake switch status.
  3. Operate the parking brake lever off and on.

Does the scan tool indicate the parking brake switch input off and on?

  1. Install a scan tool.

Are codes B2647 or 2648 displayed?

  1. Remove the ALC Headlamp Micro Relay #44.
  2. Using a DMM measure the resistance across the relay coil.

Is the resistance within specified values?

50-100 ohms

Inspect and repair the high resistance,or open condition in circuit 999, if ok replace the BCM. Refer to Body Control Module Replacement Body Control Module (BCM) Programming/RPO Configuration .

Inspect and repair the high resistance, or open condition in circuit 103, if ok replace the ALC Headlamp Micro Relay #44.

Is the repair complete?

  1. Remove the ALC Parking Lamp Micro Relay #43.
  2. Using a DMM measure the resistance across the relay coil.

Is the resistance within specified values?

50-100 ohms

Inspect and repair the high resistance, or open condition in circuit 1784, if ok replace the BCM.

Refer to Body Control Module Replacement Body Control Module (BCM) Programming/RPO Configuration .

Inspect and repair the high resistance, or open condition in circuit 9, between the instrument panel electrical center connector C2 terminal E6 and splice S205, if ok replace the ALC Parking Lamp Micro Relay #43.
