  1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
  2. Move the rocker switch to the left side to choose the LH outside rear view mirror.
  3. Operate the outside remote control rear view mirror switch so that the LH outside rear view mirror moves horizontally and vertically.

  1. Program the driver seat adjuster memory module.
  2. Refer to Memory Seat Operation for programming instructions.

  1. The LH and RH outside rear view mirrors and the inside rear view mirror can be programmed to three different memory positions.
  2. Program the LH and RH outside rear view mirrors and the inside rear view mirror to all three different memory positions.
  3. Refer to Memory Seat/Mirror Personalization - Programming for programming instructions.

Is the programming procedure complete?

  1. Press the personal key #1.
  2. When the personal key #1 is pressed, the LH and RH outside rear view mirrors and the inside rear view mirror move to the first preprogrammed position.
  3. Press the personal key #2.
  4. When the personal key #2 is pressed, the LH and RH outside rear view mirrors and the inside rear view mirror move to the second preprogrammed position.
  5. Press the personal key #3.
  6. When the personal key #3 is pressed, the LH and RH outside rear view mirrors and the inside rear view mirror move to the third preprogrammed position.

Does the LH, RH and inside rear view mirrors move to their preprogrammed positions when the appropriate personal key is pressed?

  1. Install the scan tool.
  2. Establish communication with the driver seat adjuster memory module.

  1. If DTC 18 is present, refer to DTC 18 Driver Side Mirror Circuit for diagnosis.
  2. If DTC 20 is present, refer to DTC 20 Passenger Side Mirror Circuit for diagnosis.
  3. If DTC 19 is present, refer to DTC 19 Inside Mirror Circuit for diagnosis.
  4. If DTC 18, 19 and 20 are present, refer to DTC 18, 19, and 20 for diagnosis.

Is the repair procedure complete?

  1. Connect all connectors and components that were disconnected.
  2. Remove the scan tool.
  3. Verify that the inside rear view mirror and the LH and RH outside rear view mirrors operate properly.

Does the inside rear view mirror and the LH and RH outside rear view mirrors operate properly?
