Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the seat assembly. Refer to Seat Replacement .
  2. Remove the seat back. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  3. Remove the seat back cover. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 287836 Size: SH
  4. Remove the seat back cushion (4).
  5. Remove the hinge assembly.
  6. Remove the seat back frame (5).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 287836 Size: SH
  1. Install the seat back frame (5).
  2. Install the hinge assembly.
  3. Install the seat back cushion (4).
  4. Install the seat back cover. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement .
  5. Install the seat back. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  6. Install the seat assembly. Refer to Seat Replacement .

Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Frame Replacement Oldsmobile

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the seat assembly. Refer to Seat Replacement .
  2. Remove the seat back. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  3. Remove the seat back cover. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 287835 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the lumbar unit air lines (6).
  5. Remove the hinge assembly.
  6. Remove the seat back frame (5).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 287835 Size: SH
  1. Install the seat back frame (5).
  2. Install the hinge assembly.
  3. Connect the lumbar unit air lines (6).
  4. Install the seat back cover. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement .
  5. Install the seat back. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  6. Install the seat assembly. Refer to Seat Replacement .
