Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2007692 Size: SH
  1. Remove the rear bumper fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement.
  2. Remove the rear bumper fascia energy absorber. Refer to Rear Energy Absorber Replacement.
  3. Remove the following components from the vehicle:
    4. • The 4 nuts (2)
    • The rear bumper impact bar (1)

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2007692 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear bumper impact bar (1) to the vehicle. Secure the impact bar with 4 nuts (2) and tighten to 36 N·m (26 lb ft).
  2. Install the rear bumper fascia energy absorber. Refer to Rear Energy Absorber Replacement.
  3. Install the rear bumper fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement.
