Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the bucket seatback cover.

    2. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover Replacement .

  2. Remove the knob (1).
  3. Remove the actuator screws (2).
  4. Recline the seatback to a fully reclined position in order to disconnect the cable from the actuator (3).

    5. Object Number: 385250 Size: SH
  5. Remove the lumbar retaining clips (2) from the seatback frame (1).
  6. Remove the lumbar assembly by tying a piece of string to the end of the cable and routing the cable through the seat cushion.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 385250 Size: SH
  1. Install the lumbar assembly to the seatback frame (1) by routing the cable through the seat cushion. Secure the lumbar assembly to the seatback frame with new retaining clips (2).

    2. Object Number: 385253 Size: SH
  2. Install the actuator (3) by connecting the cable.
  3. Install the actuator screws (2). Tighten the screws fully driven, fully seated and not stripped.
  4. Install the knob (1).
  5. Install the bucket seatback cover. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover Replacement .
