Removal Procedure

    Important: Use this procedure for either bucket seats or for bench seats.

  1. Remove the seat head rest. Refer to Front Seat Head Restraint Replacement .
  2. Remove the bucket or the bench seat front seatback. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  3. Position the bucket seat front seatback on a clean, dry, non-abrasive surface.

  4. Remove the seatback cover closeout strips (1).
  5. Remove the lock release lever knob from the seatback.
  6. Release the hook and loop fasteners in order to remove the seatback cover (2). Remove the cover by pulling upward and evenly around the foam pad (3).
  7. Remove the seatback cover (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 385277 Size: MH
  1. Engage the hook and loop fasteners in order to install the seatback cover (2). Install the cover by pulling downward and evenly around the foam pad.
  2. Install the closeout strips (1) to the front seatback cover.
  3. Install the lock release lever knob to the seatback.
  4. Install the front seatback. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  5. Install the bucket or the bench seat head rest. Refer to Front Seat Head Restraint Replacement .
