Remove the engine shield. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement.

Oil Pan Drain Plug

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Procedure

Drain the oil from the vehicle.

Tighten
25 N·m(18 lb ft)

Oil Filter Cover

Procedure

1. Release the oil filter cover and allow the oil in the oil filter housing to drain using EN-49377 retainer .
2. Install new oil filter cover seals.

Tighten
25 N·m (18 lb ft)
