Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement Front

1. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.



2. Remove the sunroof drain hose from the front of the sunroof module.
3. Use a deep socket that fits tightly in the inside diameter of the drain hose in order to connect the bottom of the new drain hose with the top of the old drain hose at the windshield A-pillar.



4. Work the drain hose back and forth in order to loosen the sealer.
5. Pull the sunroof drain hose grommet from the hole at the A-pillar.
6. Pull the old sunroof drain hose out through the bottom.

Ensure that the new drain hose is routed correctly in place.

1. Install the grommet to the end of the sunroof drain hose at the A-pillar.
2. Align the sunroof drain hose and the grommet to the hole in the A-pillar.
3. Press the drain hose grommet into the hole in the A-pillar.



4. Install the sunroof drain hose to the front of the sunroof module.
5. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.

Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement Rear

1. Remove the headliner panel. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
2. Remove the upper pillar trim panel. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
3. Remove the lower pillar trim panel. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.



4. Remove the drain hose from the rear of the sunroof module.
5. Remove the acoustical patch from the B-pillar.



6. Pull the drain hose grommet from the hole at the B-pillar.
7. Pull the drain hose out through the bottom hole.
8. Remove the drain hose from the B-pillar.

1. Install the sunroof drain hose to the B-pillar.
2. Install the grommet to the end of the drain hose at the B-pillar.
3. Align the drain hose and the grommet to the hole in the B-pillar.
4. Press the drain hose grommet into the hole at the B-pillar.



5. Install the drain hose to the rear of the sunroof module.
6. Install the headliner panel. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
7. Install the upper pillar garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
8. Install the lower pillar garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
