Front Floor Console Cup Holder Replacement Front
Removal Procedure
- Remove the front floor console trim plate. Refer to
Front Floor Console Trim Plate Replacement
.
- Remove the screws retaining front floor console front cup holder.
- Remove the front cup holder from the console trim plate.
Installation Procedure
- Install the front floor console front cup holder to the front
floor console trim plate.
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners
must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring
replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant
are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or
corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified.
These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage
the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when
installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
- Install the front
floor console front cup holder to front floor console trim plate retaining
screws.
Tighten
Tighten the front floor console front cup holder retaining screws to
2 N·m (18 lb in).
- Install the front floor console trim plate. Refer to

Front Floor Console Cup Holder Replacement Rear
Removal Procedure
- Open the front floor console rear cup holder.
- Using a small flat-bladed tool, release and remove the springs.
- Pull back on the retainer at the hinge pivot point.
- Pull up and out to remove the rear cup holder from the console.
Installation Procedure
- Pull back on the retainer at the hinge pivot point.
- Align the pivot points of the rear cup holder to the retainer.
- Release the retainer to secure the cup holder.
- Inspect the cup holder for freedom of movement.
- Install the springs to the rear cup holder.
- Close the front floor console rear cup holder.
