Remove the rear seat back cushion cover and pad. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Procedure

1. Disconnect any electrical connectors.
2. Transfer components as necessary.

Rear Seat Back Cushion Filler Panel

Tip
Release the filler panel by pulling rearward to release the retaining clips.

Rear Seat Back Cushion Panel

Procedure

1. Recline the seat forward.
2. Remove the panel by pulling the panel away from the seat back to disengage the retainers.
3. Remove the lower bolt from the center seat belt.
4. Remove the rear seat back anchor plate reinforcement.
5. Remove the seat back cushion cover and pad as an assembly and feed the center seat belt through the opening when removing.
