Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 328431 Size: SH
  1. Loosen the fuel filler cap.
  2. Remove the right rear wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement in Body Rear End.
  3. Disconnect the fuel tank vent valve pipe quick-connect fitting (3).
  4. Disconnect the fuel tank vent valve pipe from the rear wheelhouse brace strap (4).
  5. Remove the fuel tank vent valve (1) from the rear compartment brace (5).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 328431 Size: SH
  1. Install the fuel tank vent valve (1) to the rear compartment brace (5).
  2. Connect the fuel tank vent valve pipe quick-connect fitting (3).
  3. Connect the fuel tank vent valve pipe to the rear wheelhouse brace (2) with a tie strap (4).
  4. Install the right rear wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement in Body Rear End.
  5. Tighten the fuel filler cap.
