Inspect the affected valve actuator for the following conditions:

Are the installations and connections in good condition?

Go to Step 3

Reinstall the valve actuator or repair the connections as needed.

Does the condition persist?

Go to Step 4

Go to Heater Blower Controls System Check

1. Disconnect the actuator from the valve.
2. Inspect the valve for the following conditions:

•	Proper travel

•	Proper effort

Is the valve operating properly?

Go to Step 6

Go to Step 5

Repair the valve as needed.

Does the condition persist?

Go to Step 6

Go to Heater Blower Controls System Check

1. Inspect the vacuum hose harness for proper vacuum delivery.
2. Inspect the electrical harness for continuity.

Are the harnesses operating properly?

Go to Step 7

Go to Step 8

Inspect the actuator for proper operation. Repair the actuator as needed. Refer to Mode Actuator Replacement .

Did you complete the repair?

Go to Heater Blower Controls System Check

--

1. Repair the harnesses as needed.
2. Perform the HVAC functional inspection. Refer to Vacuum Hose Harness Replacement .
