Did you perform the Instrument Cluster Diagnostic System?

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Instrument Cluster

1. Turn the ignition to the RUN position.
2. Hook up the scan tool.
3. Select RIM, Data list.

Is the fuel gauge reading near the same as the scan tool?

Go to Step 2

Go to Fuel Gage Inaccurate or Inoperative

Replace the instrument cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .
