1. Disconnect the radio connector.
2. Turn the ignition ON.
3. Measure the voltage from the radio connector terminal F1 to ground.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10--15 V

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 3

Repair the open or short to ground in CKT 2240 (ORN).

Is the repair complete?

Go to Radio/Audio System Check

--

Measure the voltage from the radio connector terminal F1 to E16.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

10--15 V

Go to Step 6

Go to Step 5

Repair the open in CKT 651 (BLK/WHT).

Is the repair complete?

Go to Radio/Audio System Check

--

Measure the voltage from the radio connector terminal F1 to F5.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

--

Go to Step 8

Go to Step 7

Repair the open in CKT 450 (BLK).

Is the repair complete?

--

Go to Radio/Audio System Check

--

Replace the radio.
