  1. Drive the vehicle above 40 km/h (25 mph).
  2. Turn cruise switch to ON.
  3. Press the SET/COAST switch once and release.
  4. Remove foot from accelerator pedal.

Vehicle maintains set speed.

Cruise Control Inoperative

  1. Press and hold the R/A switch until the vehicle speed increases by 6.4 to 8 km/h (4 to 5 mph).
  2. Release R/A switch.

Vehicle accelerates and maintains a new higher set speed.

Cruise Control Does Not Resume, Accel, Tap Up or Down

  1. Press and hold the SET/COAST switch until the vehicle speed decreases by 6.4 to 8 km/h (4 to 5 mph).
  2. Release the SET/COAST switch.

Vehicle decelerates and maintains a new lower speed, provided that the speed is above 40 km/h (25 mph).

Cruise Control Does Not Resume, Accel, Tap Up or Down

Press the CANCEL switch.

Cruise control disengages. (Memory unchanged)

Press brake pedal slightly.

Press R/A switch once and release.
