Removal Procedure
  1. Open the rear compartment.
  2. Remove the cargo net.
  3. Remove the rear compartment sill plate. Refer to Rear Compartment Sill Trim Plate Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 626321 Size: SH
  4. Remove the rear compartment mat.
  5. Remove the spare tire cover retainer bolt.
  6. Remove the spare tire cover (1).
  7. Remove the spare tire (2).
  8. Remove the jack retainer.
  9. Remove the scissor jack and the mounting bolt.
  10. Remove the remote CD changer, as necessary. Refer to Remote Compact Disc Player Replacement in Entertainment.
  11. Remove the cargo net trim panel retainers.
  12. Remove the push-in retainers which retain the rear compartment trim panel. The retainers are located near the rear compartment lid hinges.

  13. Remove the rear compartment trim panel (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 633793 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear compartment trim panel (1).
  2. Install the push-in retainers.
  3. Install the cargo net trim panel fasteners.
  4. Install the remote CD changer, as necessary. Refer to Remote Compact Disc Player Replacement in Entertainment.

    5. Object Number: 626321 Size: SH
  5. Install the jack mounting bolt.
  6. Install the jack retainer nut.
  7. Install the jack.
  8. Install the spare tire (2).
  9. Install the spare tire cover (1).
  10. Install the spare tire cover retaining fastener.
  11. Install the rear compartment sill plate. Refer to Rear Compartment Sill Trim Plate Replacement .
  12. Install the cargo net retainers.
  13. Install the cargo net.
  14. Install the rear compartment mat.
  15. Close the rear compartment lid.
