  1. Install a scan tool.
  2. Turn the ignition ON.
  3. Observe the left front door jamb switch parameter in the PZM Inputs list.

Does the left front door jamb switch parameter display On with the left front door open?

Observe the key-in-ignition parameter in the IPC Inputs list.

Does the key-in-ignition parameter display ON?

  1. Disconnect the left front door jamb switch connector.
  2. Connect a fused jumper from the switch connector terminal B to a good ground.

Does the left front door jamb switch parameter display ON?

  1. Disconnect the key-in-ignition switch.
  2. Connect a fused jumper from terminal A13 of C202 to a good ground.

Does the key-in-ignition parameter display On?
