Radio Speaker Amplifier Replacement with UQ4

1. Remove the rear compartment trim. Refer to Rear Compartment Trim Panel Replacement in Body Rear End.



2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the amplifier (2).
3. Remove the following components from the speaker assembly (1) :

•	The amplifier fasteners

•	The amplifier (3)

1. Install the amplifier (3) into the speaker (1).
2. Install the fasteners.
3. Connect the electrical connector (2).
4. Install the rear compartment trim. Refer to Rear Compartment Trim Panel Replacement in Body Rear End.

Radio Speaker Amplifier Replacement with UM5, UQ4

1. Remove the rear seat back in order to access the amplifier. Refer to Rear Seat Back Replacement in Seats.



2. Release the retainers (3) holding the amplifier (2) to the electronics bay board (4).
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors (5) from the amplifier (2).
4. Remove the amplifier.

1. Connect the electrical connectors (5) to the amplifier (2).
2. Install the amplifier (2) onto the electronics bay board (4).
3. Ensure the retainer clips engage the amplifier in order to secure.
4. Install the rear seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Back Replacement in Seats.
