  1. Use a test lamp in order to backprobe from cavity C (LT GRN) to ground.
  2. Move the horizontal switch to the BACK position.

Does the test lamp light?

  1. Use a test lamp in order to backprobe the seat switch connector from cavity D (TAN) to ground.
  2. Move the horizontal switch to the FORWARD position.

Does the test lamp light?

Replace the seat switch. Refer to Power Seat Switch Replacement .

Is the seat switch replacement complete?

  1. Use a test lamp in order to backprobe the seat horizontal motor connector from cavity B (LT GRN) to ground.
  2. Move the horizontal switch to the BACK position.

Does the test lamp light?

  1. Use a test lamp in order to backprobe the seat horizontal motor connector from cavity A (TAN) to ground.
  2. Move the horizontal switch to the FORWARD position.

Replace the seat horizontal motor. Refer to Seat Adjuster Motor Replacement - Power .

Is the seat horizontal motor replacement complete?
