  1. Remove the taillamp assemblies. Refer to Tail Lamp Replacement
  2. Remove the rear compartment rear trim panel. Refer to Rear Compartment Trim Panel Replacement in Body Rear End:

    3. Object Number: 372794 Size: SH
  3. Loosen the nuts that retain the upper fascia (1).
  4. Loosen the bolts that retain the impact bar to the energy absorbers.

    5. Object Number: 372797 Size: SH
  5. Adjust the upper fascia to the rear quarters.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts in sequence to 6 N·m (53 lb in).

  6. Align the lower fascia/impact bar (2) as needed.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 24 N·m (18 lb ft).

  7. Install the rear compartment trim panel. Refer to the following procedures in Body Rear End:
