Internal defects in the sunroof actuator will set DTC 50, 51 or 55.
Sunroof actuator hardware failure (EEPROM, RAM or ROM are defective).
DTC 50, 51 or 55 will set and the sunroof actuator will become disabled.
• | DTC 50, 51 or 55 will clear when the fault is no longer present. |
• | DTC 50, 51 or 55 can be cleared by using the scan tool. |
Replace the sunroof actuator.

This step replaces the sunroof actuator.
This step programs the sunroof actuator and also checks for any DTCs that may be present.
