Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 168392 Size: SH
  1. Remove the sunroof glass panel. Refer to Sunroof Glass Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  3. Remove the sunroof actuator. Refer to Sunroof Actuator Replacement .
  4. Remove the water gutter. Refer to Water Gutter Replacement .
  5. Use a small flat-bladed tool to push in on the slides until they release from the tracks.
  6. Remove the sunshade from the sunroof tracks.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 168392 Size: SH
  1. Position the sunshade to the sunroof tracks.
  2. Use a small flat-bladed tool to press inward on the sunshade slides.
  3. Engage the sunshade slides into the sunroof tracks.
  4. Install the water gutter. Refer to Water Gutter Replacement .
  5. Install the sunroof actuator. Refer to Sunroof Actuator Replacement .
  6. Install the headliner. Refer to in Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  7. Install the sunroof glass panel. Refer to Sunroof Glass Panel Replacement .
