  1. Slide the sunshade to the fully open position.
  2. Remove the sunroof glass panel. Refer to Sunroof Glass Panel Replacement .

  3. Object Number: 168376  Size: SH
  4. Loosen the right and left slide adjustment bolts.
  5. Important: The right and left slides must be in full rearward position to ensure alignment.

  6. Apply slight pressure to the slides to keep them tightly in place.
  7. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  8. Tighten the slide adjusment bolts.
  9. Tighten
    Tighten the slide adjustment bolt to 5 N·m (44 lb in).

  10. Install the sunroof glass panel. Refer to Sunroof Glass Panel Replacement .
  11. Close the sunshade.
