Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  3. Remove the inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  4. Remove the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  5. Remove the door window weather strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .

    6. Object Number: 243362 Size: SH
  6. Remove the window and division channel screws.

    7. Object Number: 243364 Size: SH
  7. Pull the channel away from the stationary window and the rear door.

    8. Object Number: 243368 Size: SH
  8. Remove the channel weatherstrip.
  9. Remove the rear door stationary window.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 243368 Size: SH
  1. Install the stationary window into the rear door.
  2. Install the window/division channel weatherstrip.

    3. Object Number: 243364 Size: SH
  3. Install the window/division channel through the rear door.
  4. Seat the channel on the window.

    5. Object Number: 243362 Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  5. Install the window division channel screws.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the window division channel screws to 7 N·m (62 lb in).

  6. Install the door window weather strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
  7. Install the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  8. Install the inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  9. Install the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  10. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
