Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the power window switch. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Switch Replacement .
  2. Remove the courtesy lamp. Refer to Door Lamp Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 656286 Size: SH
  3. Remove the trim panel screws.
  4. Lift upward on the trim panel until released from the clips.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 656286 Size: SH
  1. Hook the upper edge of the trim panel on the clips.

    2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  2. Install the trim panel screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the trim panel screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  3. Install the courtesy lamp. Refer to Door Lamp Replacement .
  4. Install the power window switch. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Switch Replacement .
