Removal Procedure
  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the right headlamp capsule. Refer to Headlamp Capsule Replacement in Lighting.
  3. Remove the air inlet grille panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement in Body front End.

    4. Object Number: 788403 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the washer hose from the washer solvent container.
  5. Disconnect the washer hose from the washer pump.

    6. Object Number: 788401 Size: SH
  6. Disconnect the washer hose from the washer nozzles.

    7. Object Number: 788406 Size: SH
  7. Pull the washer hose out through the right front fascia headlamp opening and from under the underhood electrical center.
  8. Remove the washer hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 788406 Size: SH
  1. Route the washer hose through the opening in the right front fascia headlamp area.
  2. Route the washer hose under the underhood electrical center.

    3. Object Number: 788401 Size: SH
  3. Connect the washer hose to the washer nozzles.

    4. Object Number: 788403 Size: SH
  4. Connect the washer hose to the washer pump.
  5. Connect the washer hose to the washer solvent container.
  6. Install the air inlet grille panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement in Body Front End.
  7. Install the right headlamp capsule. Refer to Headlamp Capsule Replacement in Lighting.
  8. Close the hood.
