Problem

Action

The springs are broken or sagging.

Inspect and repair as necessary.

Refer to Trim Height Inspection .

The stabilizer shaft is loose or disconnected.

Inspect the stabilizer shaft links and insulators for damage. Repair or replace as necessary.

    • For the stabilizer shaft link replacement. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement in Front Suspension or Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement in Rear Suspension.
    • For the stabilizer shaft insulator replacement. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Replacement in Front Suspension or Stabilizer Shaft Insulator Replacement in Rear Suspension.

The struts are worn.

Inspect and repair as necessary.

Refer to Strut, Strut Component, and Spring Replacement in Front Suspension.

The vehicle is overloaded.

Reduce the vehicle load.

Refer to Tire Placard in General Information.

The tire pressure(s) is incorrect.

Inflate the tire(s) to proper specifications.

Refer to Tire Inflation Pressure Specifications in Maintenance and Lubrication.
