Removal Procedure
  1. Disable the SIR system If equipped with the SIR side impact system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System in Restraints.
  2. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the trim panel retaining block. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Bracket Replacement .
  4. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  5. Remove the Inflatable restraint side impact sensor mounting plate if equipped. Refer to SIR Sensor Mounting Plate Replacement - Front Door .
  6. Remove the front door inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  7. Remove the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Power Mirror Replacement .
  8. Remove the front door outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  9. Remove the upper sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Upper Auxiliary Sealing Strip Replacement .
  10. Remove the front door window weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
  11. Remove the front door window up stop. Refer to Front Side Door Window Stop Bumper Replacement .
  12. Remove the front door window regulator and motor. Refer to Front Side Door Window Regulator Replacement .
  13. Remove the front door window. Refer to Front Side Door Window Replacement .
  14. Remove the front door speaker. Refer to Radio Front Side Door Lower Speaker Replacement in Entertainment.
  15. Remove the front door inside handle. Refer to Front Side Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  16. Remove the front door lock. Refer to Front Side Door Lock Replacement .
  17. Remove the front door outside handle. Refer to Front Side Door Outside Handle Replacement .
  18. Remove the front door body side molding. Refer to Door Body Side Molding Replacement .
  19. Remove the front door check link. Refer to Front Side Door Check Link Replacement .
  20. Remove the front door rubber conduit. Refer to Front Side Door Conduit Replacement .
  21. Remove the front door electrical connectors and harness from the door.
  22. Remove the front door. Refer to Door Removal - Front .

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the front door. Refer to Door Removal - Front .
  2. Install the front door electrical connectors and harness from the door.
  3. Install the front door rubber conduit. Refer to Front Side Door Conduit Replacement .
  4. Install the front door check link. Refer to Front Side Door Check Link Replacement .
  5. Install the front door body side molding. Refer to Door Body Side Molding Replacement .
  6. Install the front door outside handle. Refer to Front Side Door Outside Handle Replacement .
  7. Install the front door lock. Refer to Front Side Door Lock Replacement .
  8. Install the front door inside handle. Refer to Front Side Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  9. Install the front door speaker. Refer to Radio Front Side Door Lower Speaker Replacement in Entertainment.
  10. Install the front door window regulator and motor. Refer to Front Side Door Window Regulator Replacement .
  11. Install the front door window. Refer to Front Side Door Window Replacement .
  12. Install the front door window up stop. Refer to Front Side Door Window Stop Bumper Replacement .
  13. Install the front door window weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
  14. Install the upper sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Upper Auxiliary Sealing Strip Replacement .
  15. Install the front door outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  16. Install the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Power Mirror Replacement .
  17. Install the front door inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  18. Install the Inflatable restraint side impact sensor mounting plate if equipped. Refer to SIR Sensor Mounting Plate Replacement - Front Door .
  19. Install the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  20. Install the trim panel retaining block. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Bracket Replacement .
  21. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  22. Enable the SIR system If equipped with the SIR side impact system. Refer to Enabling the SIR System In Restraints.
