- Disconnect the windshield wiper/washer switch.
- Use a DMM in order to measure the resistance between terminal 53A
and terminal W of the windshield wiper/washer switch while holding
the mist switch in the ON position.
Is the measured resistance within the specified range?

- Reconnect all of the components and the connectors that were disconnected.
- Verify that the windshield washer pump and the windshield wipers
operate properly when the windshield wiper/washer switch is in the MIST position.
