- Disconnect the windshield wiper motor connector.
- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
- Turn the windshield wiper/washer switch to the LOW position.
- Use a DMM in order to measure the voltage between terminal A
of the windshield wiper motor connector and ground.
Does the voltage measure at the specified value?

- Locate an open or a high resistance in CKT B7.
- Repair the open or the high resistance in CKT B7.
- If CKT B7 is OK, replace the windshield wiper/washer switch.

- Check for a faulty connection at terminal A of the windshield
