Front Side Door Air Duct and Outlet Replacement Buick

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 284102 Size: MH
  1. Remove the trim panel (15). Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the 2 clips that retain the HVAC duct (6).
  3. Remove the HVAC duct (6).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 284102 Size: MH
  1. Install the HVAC duct (6).
  2. Install the 2 clips that retain the HVAC duct (6).
  3. Install the trim panel (15). Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .

Front Side Door Air Duct and Outlet Replacement Oldsmobile

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 284099 Size: MH
  1. Remove the trim panel (3). Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement or to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the fasteners from the trim panel plate (10) and the armrest (11).
  3. Remove the trim panel plate (10) and the armrest (11).
  4. Remove the HVAC duct (9) from the gasket (8).
  5. Remove the gasket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 284099 Size: MH
  1. Install the gasket.
  2. Install the HVAC duct (9) into the gasket (8).
  3. Install the trim panel plate (10).
  4. Install the armrest (11).
  5. Install the trim panel plate (10) fasteners.
  6. Install the armrest (11) fasteners in order to retain the armrest to the panel.
  7. Install the trim panel (3). Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement or to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
