1. Turn the ignition to the ON position.
2. Turn the blower speed to LOW.
3. Disconnect the blower motor connector.
4. Measure the voltage between terminal A and terminal  C of the blower control module. Refer to Measuring Voltage in Wiring Systems.

Does the voltage equal the specified value?

6 V

Go to Step 2

Go to Step 4

Reconnect the blower motor connector.

Does the blower motor run on high speed?

Go to Step 3

System OK

Replace the blower motor. Refer to Blower Motor and Fan Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

--

System OK

Measure the voltage at terminal C of the blower control module input. Refer to Measuring Voltage in Wiring Systems.

Does the voltage equal the specified value?

4-5 V

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 6

Replace the blower control module. Refer to Blower Motor Control Module Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

System OK

Replace the HVAC programmer. Refer to Programmer Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

System OK
