The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Some customers may comment that no audio noise is heard when the turn signal or hazards are on. Further, they may advise that cycling the ignition will correct this concern. This may be due to a software concern within the radio.

Engineering is aware of this concern and working toward a resolution. Do not replace anything for this concern. When additional information becomes available, this PI will be updated or a bulletin will be released.

Note: When this concern occurs, the Audio is lost but the visual indicator(s) inside or outside of the vehicle still operate.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
