THIS PROGRAM IS IN EFFECT UNTIL FEBRUARY 29, 2008.
Certain 2008 Saturn VUE model vehicles, equipped with a 4 cylinder (RPO LE5 - VIN P) engine, have a condition in which the fuel octane rating page in the Owner Manual incorrectly recommends 91 octane "premium" fuel instead of the correct recommendation of 87 octane "regular" fuel.
Important: This program will expire on February 29, 2008.
Retailers are to add a one page Owner Manual octane correction to the glove box Owner Manual of their affected inventory. Since a new page can be easily added, and to reduce customer inconvenience, the Owner Manual page will be enclosed with the customer letter and mailed directly to customers of record.
Involved are certain 2008 Saturn VUE model vehicles, equipped with a 4 cylinder (RPO LE5 - VIN P) engine and built within these VIN breakpoints:

Retailers will not have a report available if they have no involved vehicles currently assigned.
-- Canadian Saturn retailers - GMinfoNet Recall Reports
