Can Not Disable Automatic Door Unlock Feature - keywords DIC lock park personalization shift

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

The customer wants to disable the Automatic Door Unlock feature, but is not able to. The owners manual states "The automatic unlock feature can be disabled or programmed in different ways".

The owner's manual is incorrect and there is no Personalization function available to change the automatic door unlock settings. This PI will be updated if new information becomes available.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
