This comes on briefly when the engine is started.

It flashes while the Electronic Stability Program (ESP) or the Traction Control System (TCS) is working. This light will come on when the ESP has been turned off and if there is a problem with the ESP or the TCS. See Traction Control System (TCS) and Electronic Stability Program for more information.
