Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose/Pipe Replacement L61

1. Loosen the air outlet duct to throttle body clamp.
2. Remove the air outlet bracket-to-cylinder head nut and lift the duct off the throttle body.
3. Remove the vent hose to surge tank clamp.



4. remove the vent hose-to-cylinder head port clamp and hose from the port.
5. Unclip the vent hose from the fuel rail and remove the hose assembly.

1. Clip the vent hose assembly to the fuel rail.
2. Install the vent hose-to-cylinder head port and clamp.

Position the clamp at 7 o'clock.




3. Install the vent hose to the surge port and clamp.

Position the clamp at 12 o'clock.

4. Install the air outlet duct, tighten the throttle body clamp.
5. Install the duct bracket-to-cylinder head nut.

1. Remove the air outlet duct assembly.
2. Remove the surge tank vent hose-to-surge tank clamp and hose.
3. Remove the surge tank vent hose to throttle body clamp and hose.

1. Install the surge tank vent hose to the throttle body with a clamp.
2. Install the surge tank vent hose to the surge tank with a clamp.
3. Route the vent hose in the U-channel of the intake manifold.
4. Install the air outlet duct assembly.
