Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the drive motor battery cover. Refer to Drive Motor Battery Cover Replacement.
  2. Remove the drive motor battery coolant cover. Refer to Drive Motor Battery Coolant Cooler Cover Replacement.
  3. Drain the drive motor battery coolant cooling system. Refer to Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling
  4. Remove all hoses from cooler assembly and pump.
