Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 893732 Size: SH
  1. Open the rear door.
  2. Pull back the roof rail weatherstrip.

    3. Object Number: 893733 Size: SH
  3. Pull back the rear door opening weatherstrip.

    4. Object Number: 891940 Size: SH
  4. Remove the screws from the C-pillar applique.
  5. Remove the C-pillar applique by prying up from the door opening side and then rearward to detach the adhesive strips.
  6. Clean the adhesive strips from the door opening and the applique.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 891940 Size: SH
  1. Install new adhesive strips to the C-pillar.
  2. Position the applique to the screw holes in the C-pillar.
  3. Install the applique to the C-pillar pressing into place until seated.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Install the screws to the applique.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

  5. Install the roof rail weatherstrip.

    6. Object Number: 893732 Size: SH
  6. Install the rear door opening weatherstrip.
  7. Close the door .
  8. Inspect the rear door weatherstrips fro proper fit and alignment.
