- Clean the intake manifold mating surfaces.
- Inspect the intake manifold for damage.
- Inspect the intake manifold for cracks near the compression limiters.
- Inspect the crankcase ventilation passages in the intake manifold face for blockage and clean as necessary.
- Replace the intake manifold as necessary.
