Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 897103 Size: SH
  1. Run window in 1/2 down position.
  2. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel - Rear Removal.
  3. Remove the water deflector carefully peel off.

    4. Object Number: 897175 Size: SH
  4. Remove the inside weather-strip around the rear of the window.

    5. Object Number: 896444 Size: SH
  5. Remove the window trim cover from the rear of the door.

    6. Object Number: 893633 Size: SH
  6. Remove the rear door window rear run channel guide and weather-strip.

    7. Object Number: 893622 Size: SH
  7. Remove the window glass by tilting the rear of the glass upward and sliding up and out.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 893622 Size: SH
  1. Install the window glass by tilting the rear of the glass upward and sliding down and in.

    2. Object Number: 893633 Size: SH
  2. Install the rear door window run channel and weather-strip.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the rear door window run channel bolts to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

  3. Install the inside weather-strip around the window.

    4. Object Number: 897103 Size: SH
  4. Install the water deflector.
  5. Install the trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel - Rear Installation.
  6. Run window to up position and check operation. If binding exists, inspect all weather-strip and adjust as necessary.
