Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 896490 Size: SH
  1. Remove the lower I/P hush panel.

    2. Object Number: 892954 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the pedal by sliding the cable upward.

    3. Object Number: 892917 Size: SH
  3. Remove the accelerator pedal to bulkhead fasteners.
  4. Remove the accelerator pedal from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 892917 Size: SH
  1. Install the accelerator pedal into the vehicle and tighten the fasteners.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the accelerator pedal-to-front of dash to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  2. Install the accelerator pedal cable.

  3. Install the lower I/P hush panel.
