The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
Sunshade will slide back further than intended due to broken stops at the sunroof module.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Cause: sunshade stops broken at module.
For VIN's prior to break point 4Z229505, replace the sunshade stops with available part number 22696725. For returning vehicles with VIN prior to break point 4Z229505, replace both the sunshade with part number 15208505 and sunroof module with part number 15208503. For VIN's after the break point, the sunshade stops are not serviceable - replace the sunroof module.
