If you press the trip reset stem briefly on the instrument panel cluster, it will toggle from the odometer reading to the OIL LIFE message.

The oil life monitor can be reset when the OIL LIFE message is displayed. See Engine Oil . Press the trip reset stem briefly again will toggle the display back to the odometer reading.

Each time you change your engine oil, the oil life monitor system must be reset.
