Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.

    2. Object Number: 877645 Size: SH
  2. Remove the cooling fan assembly from the radiator by pushing up on the fan shroud to release the retaining features. Position the cooling fan assembly away from the radiator.

    3. Object Number: 851691 Size: SH
  3. Remove the retainers from the air dam.
  4. Remove the air dam.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 851691 Size: SH
  1. Install the air dam. Secure the air dam in position by installing the push-in retainers.

    2. Object Number: 877645 Size: SH
  2. Align the cooling fan shroud retaining features to the radiator. Pull down on the cooling fan assembly to secure the assembly onto the radiator.
  3. Lower the vehicle.
