Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2008 🢒 Astra 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning 🢒 Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the heating/air conditioning control. Refer to Heater and Air Conditioning Control Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 1936990 Size: LH
  2. Remove the accessory panel from the instrument panel (I/P).
    3. 2.1. Remove the 2 bolts (1).
    2.2. Release the panel.
    2.3. Disconnect the wiring harness plug (2).
    2.4. Release and disconnect wiring harness plug.

  3. Remove the center air outlet (1).

    4. Release the 6 clips (2).

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the center air outlet.

    2. Install the 6 clips.

  2. Install the accessory panel onto the I/P.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Connect the wiring harness plug.

    4. Clip in the panel.

    Tighten
    Tighten the 2 bolts to 5 N·m (44 lb in).

  4. Install the heating/air conditioning control. Refer to Heater and Air Conditioning Control Replacement.
