Makes 🢒 Saab 🢒 2009 🢒 9-7x 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L, or 7.0L 🢒 Oil Pressure Relief Valve Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Removal.

    2. Object Number: 1402155 Size: SH
  2. Remove the oil filter tube bolts (435, 446) and gaskets (445, 448).
  3. Remove the oil filter tube (447).

    4. Object Number: 1517092 Size: SH
  4. Remove the displacement on demand oil pressure relief valve (455) by pushing downward.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1517092 Size: SH
  1. Install the displacement on demand oil pressure relief valve (455) by pushing upward until fully seated.

    2. Object Number: 1402155 Size: SH
  2. Install the oil filter tube (447).

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the oil filter tube bolts (435, 446) and gaskets (445, 448). Tighten the bolts to 12 N·m (106 lb in).
  4. Install the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Removal.
